The project is a website flash media / video players template with hyperlink support. It should be able to show either photo / slideshow of photos and flv video by loading an XML file and to media file it is pointing to. The detailed project requirement is in attachment, it is the official requirement that you should read and fulfill. The requirement should be technically easy for flash developer however ** Attention To Details are very needed.
For budget we expecting USD $80 - $100 for this project. 30% up front is possible.
In our plan , this project is only the first half (part 1). The potential next project (part 2) would be using the same template for site production. Although the requirement of this project is , the delivered items SHOULD be standalone and re-buildable / amendable by any flash developer. We possibly award same VENDOR for the next project (part 2) without bidding if we reached mutual agreement on price. The price for next project (part 2) would exceed amount in this project.
