Wordpress certification plugin and payment integration

I am looking have a plugin remade for wordpress and also have [url removed, login to view] payment integration done with the site so that I can accept payments. The plugin is for certifications and will need to display certified items correctly with items such as name, address, and google maps integration. I actually have most of the legwork done because I had my previous developer bail on me, but not before completing the plugin so I can link you to an active working version of the plugin. Unfortunately, it will have to be rebuilt because I don't have access to the server and he is ignoring me.
I am being purposely vague, but I will certainly inform whoever takes this on about everything. I have my ssl certificate and everything set up for integration with payments.
So in closing, I specifically need a rebuilt plugin and payment integration. Design work has already been done.
