Creation of a survey site.
Each survey contains different questions, these questions are needed to be answered by the user/customer of the site.
Option of piped questions should also be present(the next question asked depends upon the choice made in the present question)
There has to be a screen on which the administrator allocates the survey to the users(the user selection is done based on running a query in the database)
The allocator executes a query on this screen and allocates the survey to the selected users.
After the survey allocation, each user is send a mail regarding his active survey(the survey will deactivate on the date which is mentioned at the time of allocation of the survey)
As the user opens the link, all active surveys get displayed on his screen(as a link)
The user select the survey he wants to fill by clicking on the respective survey.
The survey gets open, with a youtube screen on the middle of the screen(configurable screen width & height)...
After the youtube video is closed, link for start survey gets displayed on the screen.
The survey is filled & submitted......
