I want someone to develop an Android App that allows users to make and accept offers for simple services. Requires (a) the ability to allow a person to post an offer and someone else to accept, or make a counter-offer, (b) login and password functionality, (c) integration with maps and GPS, and (d) eventually, payment processing, perhaps through a credit or debit card.

as part of the login and password, the ability to create a username/account, and/or login via FB.

Bidders: please provide me with samples of Apps or websites you have created and successfully launched to market.
