Scrolling Tweet Ticker

I am looking for a Horizontal Scrolling Tweet Ticker to be able to display on a html5 web site,

I would like it to be able to display tweets from @ username / #hashtags / mentions ( selectable in config or setup )

Within a settings , config part I should be able to select

1) Set number of tweets / mentions etc to display on scroller

2) Set Speed of Scroller

3) Set Colour of text

4) Set colour of background scroller box

5) Set size of displayed text / font size

6) Set width of scroller and height of scroller

7) Set auto refresh time

8) Set what to display on scroller ( #hastag @username @mentions ) so would search twitter for these terms and then display

Must be able to add to any site via a small html line of code / java script without hitting Twitters rate limit
