For MillionDollarVillas we need 500 unique high quality back links.
The ideal link builder should have previous experience. You must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. When bidding, please show previous link building projects you have successfully completed. If you do this right we have work for you to do on our other websites as well. We are long term thinkers.
The following is a list of absolutely non-negotiable criteria that must be followed. Please read it carefully.
- Linking page must already be indexed in Google, Bing and Yahoo.
- Anchor text must be varied (you have to write them)
- Relevant websites or content to post back link preferred
- Back link in relevant content preferred
- Web sites of varying levels of PR, with a minimum of PR5. I expect a good number of 6,7, and 8, and even some 9 or 10 if possible.
- Each link must be on different C-class IP block
- NO LINK FARMS
- No article directories, forums, spam sites, web rings or adult sites, or link directories.
- All linking websites must be English only.
- All linking websites must be .COM, .ORG, .NET, .GOV, .EDU
- Links must be DIRECTLY from a Google PR4+ page
- Links must not be too spammy
- One link per domain.
- Preference to highly ranked Alexa sites.
- No links from rel="nofollow", "noindex" tag or any page blocked by [url removed, login to view]
- Link page must be search engine friendly (no redirects, cloaking, etc.)
- No links from "under construction" pages.
- No sites that will ask for money later.
- No contextual ads sites, pop-ups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING
- No blog comment spamming
- No links within newsgroups
- All links must be one way non-reciprocal links.
- Links will be from relevant websites.
- Links must be permanent, active, never expiring.
- Links must be in text, no graphics.
- Links must be viewable without registration.
- No use of blackhat software or methods.
- No more than 25 other external links on same page where the link occurs.
- Linked pages must be visible, readable and indexable
- I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
- Links dropped within 6 months must be replaced by you at no additional cost.
- Links must be added at a rate of 10/day for 50 days.
- The anchor text must be varied, You write some, we write some.
Reporting:
Spreadsheet should be provided after every 100 backlinks with the following information (to correct errors, if any).
1) URLs of pages where i can find my links published.
2) Domain PR
3) Anchor text used
NO upfront payment until I check the back links. I will put money in escrow.
NOT ALLOWED
- No black hat and other unethical SEO. spam techniques. Only ethical work will be accepted.
- No links from rel= "nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text
- No [url removed, login to view] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites
- No use of automated software or bots.
- NO PING SITES.
- No links from under construction pages.
- No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings such as [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc., no rented links, FFA sites, adult & porn sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites, links from "bad neighborhood" sites (e.g. link farms, porn and so on), ping sites, etc.
- No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, classified sites, labeled links, etc.
- No adult websites or with illegal content
- No pages with more than 25 external links on them! (this is very important).
