Sending bulk messages on Myspace with CAPTCHA entry

This project will involve sending bulk Myspace messages.
20 Myspace profiles (or more as needed) will be provided from which to send the messages.
The messages will be sent to a list of Myspace users that will be provided to you in the form of a list of Friend IDs. This list will be provided in a convenient format, output to a webpage.
The same message template will be sent to all users. The message will contain a variable that will change for each message sent. This variable will be the receiving profile's Myspace friend ID. Here is an example of the message template:
Note: {FRIENDID} will be replaced by the actual Friend ID number of the Myspace user that is sent the message.

Specifics of sending bulk messages (captcha entry, etc) are to be resolved by the Seller, but need to have experience and expertise (rotating IP, etc) to prevent Myspace security from blocking our pages.
Will need to provide results and logs of all activity, to confirm messages are being sent to the correct users.
Expecting to send 10,000 messages a day for 2 months, to be continued if service is satisfactory. Would need to see a trial for 1 or 2 days to make sure all requirements are met.
Please provide a price per 10,000 messages. Looking for a rate competitive to $40 per 10,000 messages sent. Ready to begin immediately.
