I require an SEO expert to build 200 one way non-reciprocal links for our website, letsgoeat.co.uk. Please make sure to use different keyword phrases and to rotate them so that the inbound appear natural to the search engines.
1. Links must be permanent, free, ONE WAY/non-reciprocal and static. All links need to be in place for a minimum of 1 year.
2. Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink and links should be spread out to point to relevant pages of the website, not just the home page and should be followed by a short description, All food related with any chef emphasis on the UK industry.
3. The actual link page and the home page must both be PR4/ PR5 /PR6+.
4. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics.
5. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc. Page must not be excluded by [url removed, login to view] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
6. Link pages must be cached by Google within the last 30 days or sooner.
7. No FFA, guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, Links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs, from bad neighborhoods (adult content, gambling or other offensive websites) and no more than 20 outbound links on each web page (where link is placed).
8. One link per domain, all from different c-classes/different IP's. Each link should be unique and not be from the same server or belong to the same network.
9. Links should appear on pages which are related to our industry. Please check our website [url removed, login to view] for an overview.
10. Links must only appear on sites which are written in English (only).
11. Never on pages of 30 or more outgoing links.
12. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
13. No use of automated software for link submission.
You should send a report in Excel format, with the following details:
a). The URL of the site
b). The URL of the link (so we can know where the link is)
c). The title of the site
d). The Page Rank
e). The e-mail address of the webmaster
f). IP of the site(which should be C Class IP only)
