Marketing Coordinator for social, content, marketing and administration
$8-15 AUD / hour
Role Overview:
We're a boutique property developer and advisory based in Queensland, Australia. With a renewed focus on growing our business, we need a full-time Marketing Coordinator who can provide proactive and timely marketing coordination.
This position is largely marketing based with project management as an autonomous, hands-on role.
Working with our Managing Director, you will be self-motivated, with the confidence to follow-up quickly and avoid delays, and turn a small idea into strategic content.

Content:
- Create written copy for blogs, social media, email nurture campaigns and email campaigns from ideation
- Provide support to the wider team on copywriting
Digital:
- Change page content and data as directed
- Support the Marketing Manager with console, analytics and lead strategies
- Confidently utilise AI (AgentGPT and ChatGPT) to support content generation
- Actively review incoming Google Alerts, news articles and LinkedIn accounts to keep on top of relevant industry updates for our Managing Director
Social Media:
- Produce content for Instagram posts, Instagram stories, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Generate monthly newsletter content including pillar content, special events, speaking opportunities, announcements and project updates

Average marketing meeting (Monday)
- Approve and schedule the previous content that has been reviewed within GoHighLevel
- Present the following week’s social media content and confirm estimated time of receiving feedback
- Confirm any upcoming events, speaker opportunities and email campaigns that are required
Average work week (Tuesday - Friday)
- Produce 1-2 blog posts, submit for review, make changes and prepare for approval.
- Produce 2-4 pieces of social media content appropriate for each platform including caption copies, image sourcing and utilise Canva templates.
- Review all social media for commentary, concerns and DMs. Respond to all.
- Review any ad-hoc tasks, including website updates, database management, creating new segments and providing general support to the Managing Director.
- Review successful campaigns across all marketing efforts and suggest improvements or new content ideas.
Note: Experience with GoHighLevel will be massively helpful.
