10,000 Facebook Likes, & 10,000 Twitter followers

Good Afternoon,
I am looking to achieve 10,000+ likes on my Facebook fan page and 10,000 followers on my twitter page, evenly accumulating over approximately two to three week period to ensure Facebook and Twitter do not delete the page for a high volume accumulating too fast.
The terms of this are as follows:
*No admin access will be given
*No bots or fake profiles are acceptable to boost the numbers
*If any fans/likes that are suspended after becoming a fan then these must be replaced or there will be a deduction to the final payment.
*I will monitor the pages for 15 days afterwards to be sure the amount doesn't drop, if it does, you will be responsible to replenish the missing likes/followers, or refund a penalty amount.
*If our Facebook page is deleted you will be held fully accountable and will be fined.
*All fans/likes MUST be 90% EU, UK, USA, CA (preferred)
*Confidentiality is key
*I dont have a large budget so bid your best price
*Final full payment will be made through Paypal once the target is met but would not be apposed to paying half the payment once 5,000 fans/followers has been met
Please bid the best price you can acheive this for me and as long the service you provide me with is good quality, time scale adhered and value for money I will return for another 10,000 on a reasonably regular basis
