Im looking for a Kernel Driver Programmer.

Attached zip is a Kernel Driver that unloads an existing running driver (3rd party driver) and blocks it from starting again.

I need it compiled and signed, and possibly tweaked to work properly.

Or if you have a better way to do this, I am for it. The Desired Driver I want unloaded will not unload in usermode.

I need this to work for x86 too if possible
