National real estate lender seeks experienced marketing lead. Duties include:
· Building brand awareness
· Website style and optimization
· SEO and Social Media supervision/implementation
· Content writing for social media and traditional advertising
· Video concepts, scripting and production
· Email and drip marketing campaigns
· Traditional print and media
· Strategic Realtor relationships
· Consultation with IT staff to develop new applications and implement protocols
· Companywide analytical tracking
· Improve organic lead acquisition and conversion
Profit Sharing / Corporate Ownership
Seeking the right individual to develop and direct all marketing and promotional programs. Increasing percentage of profit sharing based on volume, culminating in ownership of a significant percentage of the company.
