Pilot conversion 25 .jpgs to 3d model and .stl file

Convert .jpg or .pdf files of 25 aluminum panels that measure approx 3"x5"x5mm into 3D modelling software and convert to .stl file format for 3d printing. The panels in this pilot are for analog synthesizer modules.
Each panel consists of 8-10 holes of approximately 1/4" diameter, and 8-15 words in a specified font. Words are either silkscreened and painted on the panels, or etched into the panels.
The goal is to determine how much time it takes to convert a jpg or PDF file into the 3d model and .stl output. If this pilot is successful, there will be another 500 panel files to convert.
