For this project, we are looking for a simple clone site. The design doesn't have to be unique. A decent banner along with the standard Wordpress Twenty Ten theme should be good enough. I need someone who has a great understanding of English because I also need the pages re written to be unique. For the right person, such a job should only take 45 min to 2 hours.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
