GOAL: Build a list of email addresses for automotive garages across the US for the purpose of sending out surveys quarterly.
WHAT I NEED: I am looking to have a scraper built to email addresses. This will be a very simple, only scraping home pages but it needs to scrape all webpages.
I would like the program to have an interface that lets me control key terms and only when those terms are present on the website then I would like it to collect email addresses.
What it would need to collect is anything that would fit the format of:

I want to be able to control up to 10 key words and collect data if those words are triggered.
I need to be able to control and change the key words.
END PRODUCT EXAMPLE: I want to be able to scrape everything with a .com address and use the key words: Independent, Garage, Muffler, Collision, Car, Repair and provide me a list in a CSV or Excel document format.
I only want results that trigger 3 or more of the results.
