I need someone to design a unique web hosting template with a logo-header for an eBay listing. It has to look nice and very professional to attract buyers. I would prefer a flash header and hi-tech/network theme. I have an old listing that needs to be fixed and integrated into the template. Adding some marketing experience details on it is a plus. The finished product should be READY TO SALE including fixing/upgrading text from my old listing.

Summary of what I want to be done:

Logo for eBay gallery (what appears besides my listing)

(Flash) Heading/Banner with logo (web hosting graphics, navigation bar, etc.)

Matching Template throughout

Integrating and sectioning off my old listing- adding matching graphic subtitles, backgrounds, borders etc.
