We are looking to find capable graphic designers for some websites to handle the overflow we have in this area. Basics: 1. NO premade templates: We pride ourselves on originality of designs and dont want our customers going to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] or something similar to see their "original website". 2. Macromedia Fireworks: You may use Adobe for basic work, but ideally we require a designer to do the work in a more recent version of Fireworks so that we may edit the source file later if needed (source files to be provided to us upon approval and completion. 3. Deadlines: We will ask for a deadline on each project and you MUST stick within the guidelines of that deadline. The deadline you give us, is what we basically shall give our clients, and meeting these is important to us. 4. Artistic Originality: Artistic originality is a must! Your designs must be of similar or better caliber as ones found in our portfolio here: [url removed, login to view] 5. Portfolio: We would like you to post a portfolio of projects you have done so far towards website design. 6. Slicing / Buttons: ideally if you build it in fireworks, we will be the ones to slice it, make changes, and export into dreamweaver to create the actual pages. So consider this in pricing. 7. Dimensions: Ideally dimensions on this project or others should NOT exceed 779 pixels in width. This is ideal size for an 800x600 screen resolution and allows us to easily make it "liquid site" if requested. 8. 3 Design Rule: Ideally we provide each of our clients 3 designs (mock ups) for them to choose from, so once we select you for this job keep in mind that we may ask you to do 2 more if they do not like the first. Feel free to clean it up if you can, but colors and design MUST remain the same. You may opt to keep the size smaller or put watermarks on it so we cannot use it until we give you the job, but this WILL lead to other work if we like your design specs.
