Need help in redesigning current site [url removed, login to view]

You'll be given PSD file. I need the following:

1. Look at the website and offer suggestion for making design changes: adding shades, changing colors, changing font size/styles, changing boxes design (lower part of the homepage).

2. Slice the front page so the right section of the page can be easily updated with the latest promo material.

3. Slick the sub-pages so the right section of the page can be easily updated with the latest promo material.

4. Finished product should be in xhtml/css with optimized graphics for faster loading.

5. Need 2 templates: 1 for the front page and 1 for creating sub-pages. All in Dreamweaver.
