Adjust Wordpress-Theme for Real Estate Website

I am looking for a developer to create a real estate website for my company in germany.
We already bought and installed the Wordpress Theme „Houzez“. So the "Demo 02" of the Theme Houzez should be adaptet to the website [login to view URL] (Logo, colours, etc.)
The website should have the following features:
1) Property search functionality on HOME-Site:
Search field on home-site with following filter:
property type: House, Apartement, commercial property, apartment building, property
Area: [qm]
Zip-Code: [5 Figures]
Perimeter: selection km [5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500, no radius]
listing type: rent+sale, sale, rent
2) Additional Features:
- Contact form on every project-site with project-No.
- if possible, we want to have an Import-function for our ongoing real estates (openimmo xml)?
- adjust Front-End-Property-Management for our employees, this should be very clear and easy
- short instruction / screenvideo to show main functions for employees
