I have a WordPress Site already built visual composer, Now i want the website redesigned without visual composer.

All the data you see now will come as it is here is the website url: [login to view URL]

You will make new WordPress theme ,Template should be standalone make sure you don't use already built template and add a CSS i need a clean code.

You will be doing new installation and upload theme i don't any mess from old code.

Website should pass W3C test ([login to view URL]) and should be fully responsive and mobile complaint.

My budget for this is $50 and need this done in 3 days
