Simulation of multiple applications (sockets) in C#

I need to create a Windows forms program in C# with "n" number of classrooms that will connect to a host system to simulate the network activity in a distance learning environment. Each classroom will be a separate simulated applicaiton and will make a socket connection to a server, process data returned from the server, and terminate upon command.
I'm looking for a skeleton of C# program, not a full blown applicaiton, just to get me started.
## Deliverables
Program will accept the number of classrooms to create from a form field
Each classroom will connect to a server at a given IP address
Upon connection, a classroom will send the following string to the server:
/*000018IP1TS:nTest Site n
The characters are x01's and the "n" is the iteration number. This string will be converted to a byte array before transmission.
A classroom will receive a byte array from the server, convert back to string, and display the result.
