Build Wordpress Site from PSD - KG2

We need to find a Wordpress Expert that can build complete wordpress site from a psd file. We do not want any tables and all text needs to be html. Basically we need someone that can create a xhtml file from the psd. For the site we will provide a front page design, 4 custom designed interior pages, and then 1 blank interior page that we can use as the default. We will also require Google Analytics and two other SEO plugins to be installed on the finished site.
We produce 6-8 sites per month and currently have one designer that is not able to handle all of the work so we are looking for a second person or small team that will be able to produce 3-4 sites per month.
