Dolphin 7 Login Modifications

The current login process for Dolphin 7 uses NickName and password.
I need the login process modified to have a plain text copy of the password stored in another table,with the username and nickname, for backup purposes (regularly exported). I had a lot of issues in the past while migrating to other systems and have lost a lot of members. This is for a backup version of the Dolphin 7 site and will not be available online.
Dolphin 7 is completely different from previous versions and I'm only interested in someone who has experience with developing modifications and/or modules in Dolphin 7. Must be able to provide examples of Dolphin 7 experience.
I need this done as soon as possible. Please include how long you estimate project will take.
