Project is easy and quite simple.
People`s who have experince in changing ip they bid only otherwise sorry
File have to download size is almost about 0kb.
Download 200 files must per day.
100 downloads with usa ip`s, 50 downloads from uk ip and 50 from canada ip`s.
So totally make 200 downloads
I`ll pay only people who complete the project with in 40 days.
file i need in 40 days that is 8 thousand
I`m giving 10 to 15 dollars on each 200 downloads
But Remember all downloads with different and unique ip address.
Pay out by paypal moneybookers alertpay bank transfer and Gaf.

Then i`ll pay 9000$
