Image Resizing Project

I have a batch of just over 1060 images that i need resizing into 2 sizes.
Size 1:
70px wide x 52px high
to be saved as a .jpg without losing too much quality
filename to be saved as [original filename][login to view URL] where the original filename is the name of the file you opened.
Size 2:
286px wide x 177px high
to be saved as a .jpg without losing too much quality
filename to be saved as [original filename][login to view URL] where the original filename is the name of the file you opened.
We would like the images to be fitted well into our desired sizes. Please do not lose the proportions of the imagery when resizing.
If you are using a batch process, please ensure that you do check the files first before sending them over. I will be expecting them to be well positioned within the sizing's given.
On project completion i will tell you where send the files so that I can check the images over to see if they meet the standard we want. I have attached some example images to show you how we would like them done.
Project will be signed off when I am happy with all images received.
