Flash image slideshow with scrollbar, lightbox and categorys

We are looking for a small but functional image slideshow. Check the included image to see what we need.
More details:
- total slideshow width is 820px, height is 350px
- "loading" animation with filling progress bar (or %, if you prefer)
- slideshow loads its images from different folders on the website FTP
- category names at the top are the names of the different folders
- left and right buttons are 50% alpha white overlaying the image underneath
- autoplay. when loaded, images start sliding towards the left, one by one, with easing towards the left.
- transparent arrows on the left and right of screen advance or recede one image
- the scrollbar at the bottom will scroll through the images. handle size is 41px by 9px
- when clicking on an image, the image is opened in a lightbox. the lightbox must also be able to play video. from [url removed, login to view]
- a PHP file to read the folder contents into Flash (no XML)
