Javascript Availability Calendar - Datepicker adaptation

A customisation is required to the jQuery Datepicker plugin for an availability calendar (OR a similar custom jQuery plugin).
The calendar will be used ‘inline’ and the following feature/adaptations are required.
Each date requires a status representing ‘No Availability’, ‘Full Availability’ & ‘Low Availability’ (respectively: 0,1,2). The status dictates the background color of the cell.
Javascript variables will define the initial status of each cell according to the following rules. Status is only applied to the current and future dates (today +12months). (see attached file)

Return values will be 1, 2 or 3 (representing new date cell status) OR if onClickEvent = ‘divLoad’ the post will return html to be loaded into a separate div.
