Google Adwords - Keyword Research Needed

We need a Google Adwords qualified professional, to provide us with the following:
1. Current Website keyword ranking report / ranking positions (Google)
2. Keyword research for 3 training-courses we are running (3 pages). Looking for the best keywords to use. Taking our 30 keywords that we think are good, and finding out which ones will work the best.
3. You will need to generate all the combinations of exact phrases, broad phrases etc, from the final list.
4. Setup the adwords Campaign, Keywords & Ad variations for us. (We have our Google Account already setup)
5. Build a Google Sitemap & Submit on Webmasters Tools
6. Refine the keywords for us to use on the website html meta-tags.
We have already got a Google Account and Analytics setup.
Let me know if you have any other suggestions we might need on the Natural & PPC SEO.
