I need a complete template redesign and plugin modification for this template / plugin:

Based on above template I need to build an adult review website, I’ll provide you all graphic templates in PSD format the number of pages is 6.
The main goals are: complete template modification, change the search criteria ( searching form ), I need to be able to add new custom fields, add new features, surfers should search by new features, complete template modification just like this website porntips dot com.
