Move current website content to wordpress and revamp design

Hi.
I've been wanting to move my current officelive website ([url removed, login to view]) over to wordpress for quite sometime but I just have not had the time. There is quite a lot of content to move.
I'd like someone who has an eye for detail and good design skills to help me. All the usual SEO design techniques also need to be applied.
I host a few wordpress sites so I can give the winning designer a wordpress login etc to work with.
I already have the theme I'd like to use and a list of all the plugins I need installed.
The theme I'd like to use as a base is: Streamline (by Studiopress) - I will provide this too. If any of you are proficient with this theme or other studiopress themes then that would be great.
The colours of the theme will need to be changed to compliment my site and content. Any other theme design changes would be welcome too.
If you think another theme would suit my site better then please let me know. I'm open to ideas and suggestions.
I'd like someone with good design skills too who can take my current site design and improve on it.
All the pictures and content already exist and need to be ported over to the new wordpress site.
I have still not decided 100% if I want to outsource this work or simply do it myself. Please make your bids attractive to convince me otherwise.
Also... please provide links to other wordpress sites you have created.
