Small problem with an existing flash website

I have adapted a flash template to suit my needs, however I am having a problem with a feature of the site. Once the user goes to the 'contact' page, and then returns to another page such as the 'FAQ' page, they are unable to scroll down that page. I am hoping that someone will know what the problem may be - please show an interest and I will let you know the website address.
