I had worked as a District Mgr. for restaurants / nightclubs until. I became disabled due to back surgery and felt I lost a large part of my identity. I chose to work and do so as a freelance contractor / employee. I work 7 days a week. Additionally, taking care of all work and ensuring the project mgr. that the work will be finished above the expected standards.
