If time-line is a factor then you might need to discuss it ahead of time but overall. Pranav has been a good man and always willing to make necessary changes (good quality). The project I have with him is still in development and this rating is based on my experience thus far. I have a domain portfolio of over 100 good domain names that I plan to develop within the next few years and I can honestly say that I will have him work on my other projects after the completion of this current one.
