This is used in conjunction with the job description builder to create an interview guide. This concept lets interviewers create what is defined as an interview guide, which has interviewers and candidates. Questions are selected based on behaviors selected that fit the job description. Rules are implemented, such as, no two interviewers can ask the same candidate the same quesiton. The behaviors and competencies are scored, and the candidates and their summaries can be seen to faciliate making a selection.

This is the first page of a site I developed, solely, that pulls data from ONet, a government database about jobs, and helps write job descriptions. It uses jQuery typeahead, and ckeditors in an edit button. Once something is selected from the dropdown the description relating appears below with an easing of fadein. This happens any time a jquery callback loads html.
