Terrance has a very good handle on PHP and good work ethics. I really enjoyed working with him. Perhaps I should have rated him a TEN! But there is always room for improvement :) and I want him to continually improve. He met ALL deadlines, He PERFORMED all duties as assignged and most importantly, I did not have to constantly monitor his progress. If he says he's going to do something, then that's exactly what he means. If you like dealing with competant, reliable, trustworthy, and honest programmers, then Terrance is an EXCELLENT Choice. I WILL use him again.
