Primarily working on Zscaler/Squid/BlueCoat proxies, Demisto and Cisco Umbrella. Raising configuration changes for Squid using puppet and Github. Did migration of Demisto server from on premise to Azure cloud. Responsible for designing Proxy Architecture and implementing with existing security product. Helping customers to deploy the Zscaler ZIA/ZPA Daily work includes issues related to non-working internet, websites, applications, Network slowness, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), GRE,Packet Loss, Firewall/URL Filtering,TCP/IP,HTTP, HTTPS, DNS,IPSEC,DHCP,SSL and proxy troubleshooting. Working on authentication mechanisms like SAML, Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP configuring and troubleshooting Data leakage prevention (DLP) and engine. i.e. HIPPA,GLBA,PCI and Offensive Language and file type control. Troubleshooting on URL based Policy involves URL Filtering Policy and Cloud App control Policy WEB2.0 issues for user. Good understanding of Wireshark Sniffer Tool, mostly using this tool to troubleshoot packet loss, failed and slow connections. Working on Web module including Sandboxing, Advanced Threat and malware protection . Working on Traffic forwarding methods like PAC files, GRE, IPSEC and Zapp Deploying/troubleshooting on emerging products like Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
