I am a proficient programmer from Romania. Area of expertise includes PHP (with Smarty&add-ons, GD, FPDF, etc)both procedural and object oriented, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, XML, X/HTML, CSS, Flash actionscripting and Photoshop. I am also a good project manager and innovative thinker. I work on my own, and I am available around 4-6 hours per day. My main goals when working are: security, eficiency and accessibility.
