It provides customer-based intelligence to help drive continuous improvement of the quality and value of support services across multiple worldwide channels.
o Extracts Standard Agent Detail Daily Report from Avaya CMS Supervisor R13.
o Download Revenue Details from HP Sharepoint and Sends out the revenue metrics report to the Executives.
o Provides daily updates on Revenue Details to the Teams and Managers.
o Daily sends to the Clients and Executives, the Daily Metric Performance of the site from OneView’s Crystal Server Enterprise System
Ø Account Coordinator for Hewlett-Packard
o Provides technical support and Supervisor’s daily, weekly and monthly metrics.
Ø Desktop Support Technician(HP)
o Performs all routine IT site support responsibilities including but not limited to: installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting PC hardware and software in accordance with TeleTech and client specifications.
o Provides end-user technical support on TeleTech applications, project-specific applications, and off-the-shelf software products.
