This provider does not know the importance of time. I asked him to complete the 2 sets of rewrites on two days. Although he completed the first set within time, he could not manage with the second one. He submitted 7 hours after the submission time. Why do such providers bid on a project in which completion of a project within time is most important? I am never going to work with him again who cannot complete within time.
