What did we do?
We carried out an optimal migration of data in the Taringa platform. We also updated it and improved its performance.

It’s worth noting both the large data volume involved and the validation of an accurate migration that displayed transparency to the users.

The challenge
To perform data migration in Taringa's platform. This could not be easily performed with database tools since the data models were incompatible and required transformations and/or adaptations for their proper functioning.

Developing a solution
A work team was established, composed of 1 Project Manager, 1 Database Analyst, and 2 Developers. We worked together to establish infrastructure and data needs as well as business parameters. We then proceeded to establish objectives and the migration sequence that would allow the business to continue operating. We continuously executed and validated the 10 work milestones that had been set.

TARINGA Data migration

We allocated Megatrans a dedicated team to execute the new version of their monitoring product. Megatrans is a company providing satellite monitoring of fleets, focused on B2B business.

The challenge
Finding the key professionals in order to advance with the development of the new version of the client's monitoring product. Our client's in-house team could not cope with the workload since they were busy maintaining their platform functional.

Developing a solution
A squad was created with 1 Project Manager, 3 Developers, 1 Functional Analyst, 1 UX/UI Designer, and 1 Quality Analyst. Work priorities were established with the client and a product roadmap was created which was later developed in sprints.

MEGATRANS Dedicated team

We developed a custom-tailored platform for managing the production and tracking of garments. Our client, Lavadero Berazategui, is a company from Buenos Aires, Argentina. They specialize in industrial laundering, conditioning, supply, rent, and sale of clothing

The challenge
To develop a custom platform for the laundry's production management. Our client was in need of implementing a solution that allowed for transparency and agility in the large-scale laundering of hospital and clinic linens and garments.

Developing a solution
We designed and developed a platform that responded to all of our client's production operating flows. In addition to that we incorporated RFID technology for rapid identification and monitoring of garments.

INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY Platform development

We helped Social Master launch their application in the US market for all of their operating systems.

We developed a personalized iPhone and Android Mobile App that allows users to manage contact information and available networks. NFC technology was used to share information without the need for physically exchanging business cards.

The Challenge
To quickly launch the market an application available for iOS and Android. New competitors were rising at a fast pace in the US so the company had to roll out the App as soon as possible in order to put up stiff competition.

Developing a solution
An ideal work team was formed for the project, consisting of 1 Project Manager, 2 Developers, 1 Solutions Architect and 1 QA. During the early stages of the process NFC technology testing was performed for the devices and chips acquired, guaranteeing optimal performance and a speedy launch.

SOCIAL MASTER Mobile App development

We developed a custom platform for the management of guarantees. The results were surprising: the platform is being used by a vast majority of financial institutions in the Republic of Argentina, fundamentally banks and SRG’s.

The challenge
To develop a platform that could generate lifelines for the economy by issuing guarantees for different financial products, loans for working capital, loans for asset purchases, check to discount, etc.

What had they tried previously and what was our proposal?
The client did not have any system in place for the management of guarantees. Their entire operation was managed with Excel spreadsheets, making it impossible for the business to expand and grow. For this reason, we proposed a custom-built platform tailored to resolve their needs.

Developing a solution
We analyzed the functional requirements and the need to make the system configurable in order to generate new product lines. The foundations of the product were developed.
