Over the last three years, I have been with the Call Center industry providing excellent customer service to our Business clients (Order Processing). I have been conducting series of trainings for new hires and recurrent trainings as well to provide a better grasp of understanding for account development. These experiences have made me develop excellent order processing skills, classroom facilitation skills, etc. I also have experience in freelance writing. Writing/Blogging is part of the things I love to do when I have free time.
