You should render out your animations as Maya iffs and then convert these, using After Effects, into a short quicktime film. OVERVIEWThis project is the creation of a 22,000 sqft house (not including basement and attic space). I have the floor plans for 5 houses that I want to combine to make one mega mansion. DETAILSI'd like to transform the floor plans into one large 3D building complete with interior decor, exterior finishes and landscaping. The design aesthetic I am going for is modern rococo. Each floor plan has to be grafted on to the other in manner that allows for individual wings, but also allows easy access from one area to the other. The idea is to have 5 relatives living with their nuclear families under one roof, but in their own space. This project is a labor of love. I need someone who will spend time going over little details in order to bring my vision to life in 3D. We can communicate through internet mediums to discuss the details of the project. The part could be produced in Hard Polycarbonate or Light Weight Metal like aluminum. This assembly unit has to be produced according to the highest standards as it will be used in real weapon. The overall part dimensions is approximate 10 x 4 x 3 inches.
