My name is Mylee and for the last 18 years I have been employed within a government organisation. During this time, I have had the opportunity to explore several different roles which in turn has developed my skills in a wide range of areas.
I spent 12 years working in the front line with social housing as a Senior Client Service Officer managing complex tenancies. I can work in high pressure situations and deliver my work to a high-quality standard within the agreed timeframe.
6 years ago, I moved over to the Customer Service Business and Improvement Unit to work initially as a project officer to support the Senior Project Manager as a subject matter expert in developing staff and client facing mobile applications. During this time, I have had the opportunity to develop my writing skills and have found a passion to create exciting and fun training sessions for staff, review/update and edit a number of project documentation such as;
Training Materials & Presentations Reviewing test plans/schedule/test cases to ensure they meet the business requirements
Developing user guides and troubleshooting guides for internal staff
Reviewing any bugs raised by testers during sprint, UAT and regression testing to determine their importance to the project
Managing multiple mailboxes on a daily basis
Scheduling meetings and appointment me with multiple stakeholders
In the last 2 years I have been working within the same project team as an analyst in both data, testing and quality assurance. My passion is to investigate and analyse data, project requirements and recommend ideas and solutions to the business. I am not afraid to ask many questions or recommend some ideas which may seem out of the box, however I love to think of solutions from every angle I can.
I have a passion for woman's health, mental health and ADHD and have the ability to be able to use social media platforms to engage with others who have the same passion. I use instagram as my platform, however am also willing to learn TikTok and am able to pick things up quickly. I am about to recommence my social medial page MyHappyMovement which will be based on health topics and some hard honest truths people shy away from to make others aware there is support out there.
