I am building a website based on Joomla 2.5.1.The web site will include information on multiple issues covering both the pro and con perspective. The web site will include some standard template work. There needs to be ranking of articles and logic such that recommendations are made based on the user's ranking of articles.Looking for developer with experience writing relatively simple extensions for Joomla in order to best encapsulate required site logic. Developer should also have solid experience in creating templates and defining simple Joomla publishing processes.The bid will include creating and customizing site templates and site extensions.
