A Very Rude freelancer and request for payment immediately although you still haven get final confirmation from members or clients. Not suitable to be use for your corporate project.

This freelancer provided an adequate transcription. Some of the small details were missing including comments by the interviewer throughout the recording. The final presentation was also just adequate with no indication of speakers. This may have been solved if the instructions were followed as there were clear details on how the transcript should have been presented. There were some problems downloading the recordings but the freelancer never asked me to send the instructions document using a different method.
