• Bakery Managment Software

  We are a bakery located in the caribbean , and currently paper based and we manually crunch numbers on a daily basis. We have 13 outlets , and production and daily delivery sheets are written daily . we dont have POS system.We need a user friendly program that can linked easily with MYOB. all the data will come from the daily total production and items will be distributed to the 13 outlets. production changes aprox twice a week . need to get reports generated based on sales , stores profitablity , payroll , profitability The forms that Pascals uses the info flows into each other : 1.Production Sheet ( can change weekly ) 2.Delivery Sheet ( this sheet accompanies goods which is delivered to every outlet throughout the day ) 3.Stock Sheet ( this sheet is created by the store , after verifying the delivery & actual goods received) . There are times when these do not correspond, and this variance needs to be recorded.The Aim of the program : Handle all aspects of a bakery: including inventory, production, sales, purchasing, product costing, product recalls, accounts receivable, sales forecasting, promotions and the ability to export to a desired account program ( MYOB ) Most importantly user friendly interface. Must be scalable - as we intend to add a large wholesale artisan bread line. Background of Pascals Bakery : Family owned for 26 years 13 outlets Paper based Raw data need to a program to convert the basic raw data into reports & value added info so that decision can be made based on hard facts and not assumptions.No POS system in outlets all initial data entry needs to be done at head office & closing stock for each outlet entered by office clerk .We are a bakery located in the caribbean , and currently paper based and we manually crunch numbers on a daily basis.
