  “ The job started back in November 2011 and was promised to be delivered before Christmas (21 days). It is now January 19, 2012 and the project is still incomplete.To complicate matters. Freelancer.com had a glitch in their system which they will not admit to. This glitch caused the money to be released to the freelancer (opensourcetools). I communicated with freelancer.com and they told me that they can only pass on the message to the freelancer (opensourcetools). To this date when I click on my projects it still says that the milestone is still not paid but it says that the project was paid and complete because all the money in the reserved fund was released by freelancer.com because of the glitch.Needless to say I went straight to my credit card company.Freelancer.com and the freelancer are aware of the situation. However, since the freelancer already had their money, even if the project was incomplete and they know it, They just took off. Bad!!
