Immomap is a real estate portal, with features similar to http://www.rightmove.co.uk.
Main Functional Requirements for the portal are basically the same as for any free classified or real estate portal:
Front-End:
? Users can easily register to the site and login(they give some information through a form, registration is free)
? Registered users can upload their ads in the database (they give a lot of information through a form, including uploading pictures of the good. Ad posting is free)
? Visitors can search the database for real estates goods given many different criteria, and the results display both on a "google map" view and on a classic, sortable listing view - Instead of a search by location, I want the option to draw polygons on the google map to focus on a specific search area (this features is the same as http://www.rightmove.co.uk )
? Registered users have extra search features such as :starring ads they like, Automatic Listing Alerts ,sending ads to the
