NICOLAS D. (the employer) forfeited the arbitration because they did not respond to the arbitration in the time they had agreed to. Psiware (the worker) alleged that 97% of the work had been completed. On investigating it was determined that they had missed the deadline. Hence they were also given a poor rating. NICOLAS D. had released 70% of the funds. All additional funds in escrow were refunded back to NICOLAS D.
