Involved in the end-to-end process of Marketing H1 candidates
Having good experience in working with VMS-Vendor management system (Beeline, Field glass& Consol)
Get the requirements from the VMS Portal and Work on them and get them served. Make sure that each requirement is being served in the minimum amount of time.
Manage external vendor relationships, negotiate right to hire agreements and rates
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Exposure to Tax Terms - 1099/W2/ C2C - Exposure Visas - OPT, H1B, EAD, GC & USC
Communicating with prospective candidates via phone and email regarding their Technical background, availability and job status etc and prescreening and qualifying them.

Expertise virus spyware removal, PC tune ups, printer troubleshooting or install, router networking issues, OS issues and more.
